FUENGIROLA

FUENGIROLA is a large Spanish town in Southern Spain, Andalucia. It is about twenty minutes’ drive from Malaga Airport and approx. 35 minutes by train. It has seven kilometres of tree lined promenade (flat for easy walking) and fabulous sandy beaches with magnificent views of the Mediterranean. Most residents in Fuengirola are Spanish nationals with a large percentage of British and other nationalities.

Fuengirola has so much to offer for the holiday maker. There is the Salon Varietes English speaking theatre (not open in high season) www.salonvarietestheatre.com  Numerous tapas and café/bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

There are excellent bus, coach and train services in central Fuengirola taking you to many places of interest in the area. A car is not essential.

The town hosts many local fiestas throughout the year.
